Experience the magic of a wilderness family play day, hidden in the forests of Lantau! Unleash your inner adventurer as you learn to build bamboo dens and master fire making. Alternatively, ignite your creativity with guided forest art activities, or splash about in our freshwater mountain stream, and discover what creatures may lie within. With the freedom to choose from a variety of guided/semi guided activities offered, create treasured memories and deepen your connections with loved ones and the natural world on this unforgettable journey of exploration and discovery.
Ark Eden: Nested in Mui Wo's verdant foothills, Ark Eden is a registered charity committed to environmental education and permaculture. Since 2006, it has pursued sustainable solutions for environmental and social issues. Through immersive camps, workshops, wellness experiences, and eco-restoration projects, Ark Eden fosters a deep connection with nature while tackling urgent ecological concerns.
Ark Eden is around a 30 minute walk from Mui Wo ferry pier. Participants should wear appropriate footwear for hiking and a het, and bring their own reusable water bottle and snacks if desired. Children will have the option to go netting in the stream so may want to wear water shoes and bring a change of clothes if they want to get wet.
